I’m gonna show you how our Chef LJ cooked this delicious seafood dish Crab and Prawn with Coconut Milk (Ginataang Alimango at Hipon)  in 15 minutes.

 

Sorry for there are no exact measurements of some of the ingredients as she just estimated it according to our taste. Below are the ingredients

1/2 kilo Shrimp

1/2 kilo Crab

lots of Garlic

Onions

Green chili (depends on how spicy you want it to be)

Ginger

Coconut Milk

Squash/ Red pumpkin

Ground Black Pepper

Soy Sauce
